Pocket confusion, what is this error?

I've done a bunch of these parts all with different pocket sizes and layouts.  Every one has been done exactly the same.  Now all of the sudden this one throws errors and I don't understand.

1. If I run pocket2, which is spiral with a .025 stepover.  Why does it full slot? Luckily this is thin material but if it was thicker that would be an issue.  Why does it ignore the stepover and slot, then go back to spiraling.

2. Switched to vortexing and that seemed to take of the issue, BUT.  If you run pocket2_1, which is vortexing it throws a path error.  I see nothing different from every other one I've run.    Why is it throwing this error?

As a side, is there any plugin or something to actually give meaning to these error messages?  It doesn't seem to give any helpful information.

Thank you,

That didn't change anything for me.  Still get a

Error: TPDMK01: DMK toolpath error: Problems were found with this toolpath:

-- A partial toolpath has been created.

when it gets to the rough.   I went back through the last 5 sets of these and that was unchecked in all of them, and I had no issues.

Thank you
