yep I had this just the other day too.
PartMaker get all confused about which AMDEU version it should be using.
Close all your AD programs first.
Go to ALL APPS find the folder for Autodesk Manufacturing Data Exchange Utility for the PartMaker version you are using and hit the COM Register button.
This should sort it out.
I guess you have some other AD products from different years on your PC? If so you may need to do this often.
