NC OUTPUT

In a turn program, when i give depth of hole 92 mm. The NC output gives me 97 mm. Same goes with the ID boring when it should be 36, the NC output is 37. And canned cycle of ID bore tell me to give start point. After providing start point still the canned cycle of bore is wrong and either way it is. And also feed rate is on higher side for material i have selected, i have to reduce it to 50% to match proper feed rate, material is steel 10xx. And RPM of center drill is much higher, other operations have proper RPM. I am attaching all the files. Thank you.

Hi @Anonymous,

Every time you use predrill option in a feature then you got a "thrue hole" and you have typed 92mm and with a 18mm drill then if gives 97.4 with a drille there have a tooltip on 120 degress. you can check this with this formula 18 * 0.30 = 5.4 then plus the 5.4 with 92 if gives 97.4

Hi @Anonymous,

You cannot disable it but you can enter a required depth drilling attributes. Refer an image below:

I think it is a different issue and the solution can also be different. Is it possible for you to create a new post so we can track it independently?
