How to get Individual Tool cycle time in setup sheet ?

Hi,

In the default Toollist template installed with FeatureCAM. The tool list doesn't show the cumulative machining time for that particular tool if it has been used in multiple operations.

Example : If I have totally 50 operations where multiple tools are used. In the same setup say If a 8 MM End mill cutter is used for two operations (each operation having 5 minutes of cycle time), The setup sheet should now show the tool cycle time of this End Mill cutter as 10 minutes. So that the programmer gets to know how much time each tool is spent in a setup.

Is there a setup sheet parameter like {tool.cycletime} to get this output in the setup sheet??

Looking forward for some reply.

Hello @Aadithya01

if you look at the SetupSheetHelp.chm file stored in the addin folder in FeatureCAM installation, there is a list.

This list is all the keywords used for filling the setup sheet.

The only variable related to duration are these ones:

{setup.total_time} the total time needed to machine the setup.

{operation.time} operation time

Cheers
