Restored the ability to read older 32-bit part files (.fm, .mf, .tsf, .md). When saved, the new version of the file will be 64-bit. FCAM-4142

Has any one been able to test the 2020.1 version that was released this morning on a 32bit file? The readme says its fixed. 🤔
I downloaded and installed the 2020.1 update that was just released and it seems to open 32 bit files now. Thanks team!
