Eccentric Turning using C & X using FeatureCam. Possible?

Is it possible to turn a diameter off center, using only the Lathe spindle and X axis? I know it is possible to sync the axis as in threading, but can the X axis be sync'd with the spindle degrees so it could actually turn a diameter that is offset from the spindle centerline? Can FeatureCam help make this possible? My Lathe is a Mazak QT450 M, so it does have Mill/Turn capabilities. I know this can be done with an End Mill pointed in the Z axis, but I need a very good finish, so I was hoping to turn the diameter as opposed to milling it. They will be surfaces for O-rings, so I really need circular feed lines, not perpendicular chatter marks like what an end mill leaves. The other thing I guess I need to find out is how fast I can rotate C axis while locked in mill mode. I can rotate the mill spindle while rotating the spindle, so I could put a multi-inserted cutter in the mill drive so as to help the surface footage as opposed to having only a single pointed turning tool, but that would again generate a more of a milled finish.

Will FeatureCam recognize an eccentric diameter as a turned feature and post correct code for this challenge?

Thanks,

Brett......
