Eccentric Turning Road MAP

I was just wondering if there were any plans for Eccentric or cam turning in Featurecam.

Hi @cbr4a

I as well would love to see the support for this type of turning.

But, if you want Autodesk to hear your requests for these types of software enhancements, I suggest you create a support case and voice them there.  That way it will go right to the development level.

While you will see Autodesk personnel on the forums from time to time, the whole point of this platform is for community assistance.  Most likely voicing your requests here will be lost.

If you need help on how to create a support case directly to Autodesk, let me know and I'll guide you in the right path.   Cheers,

This is sweet. Great work, man. I've done some similar stuff with crankshaft-type parts with some customers recently, but for use with an endmill. I'm assuming from this video that you just 'lied' to FeatureCAM and called it an endmill and then loaded your turning tool?

I've found isoline and swarf to be the most helpful toolpaths to get this type of output. I'm curious as to what ended up working for you here.
