Personally I could write that one by hand faster than getting FeatureCam to do it the way you want. you could do it in just a few lines using G1 and G0 codes. FeatureCam would probably take 20 minutes or more to get it to do exactly what you want.
For that you need someone who knows how to grind tools. You would need to have it shaped to make the cut. I am lucky enough to have a guy that can make just about anything I need. He learned machining in Peru in the 80s and had to make all their own tools. He can make tools better than anything you can buy.
