Cannot create log file

Hello all,

 I have a new Widows 11  pc (yeah I know) I am trying to import a solid IGS and keep getting this error message  

The file size isn't extremally large. I can bring in the surface STP file bit can't program very effectively from that. Am I missing something? This is a fresh install. I'm running Ultimate 2024 version 2024.0.1.0013

Problem resolved. I had to create the ttt folder on my C: drive
