Unconvertable FBX (Not Enough Parameters)

Hi there,
I'm working on a Virtual Reality project using Unity.
I took Unity's VR samples as a starting point, wich included some FBX files I would like to edit.
I can edit most of them (wether I import them in Blender or use Autodesk to convert to another format), yet some of the files resist both methods, I can't figure why, but it sure is bothering me...
I might end up having to modelize it from scratch.
I've tried looking over the web and didn't find anything useful? What I did find though was a post on these forums, and people from Autodesk looked into it and found a solution, so I figured why not trying, and if it helps improving Autodesk, everyone wins !
Anyway, one of the main culprit FBX file can be found in the attachment !
NOTE : when I convert it to OBJ or DXF format, I end up with a .txt telling me the file is corrupted... Unity opens it just fine though ! But then again, the file was crafted by Unity, so that might be some handcoded file only Unity can read, I dunno !
