no 3ds export available

Hello,

Downloaded the FBX Converter, where it states that it is possible to convert from FBX to 3ds but the latter is not available in the dropdown menu.

Is it me or is something missing?

Hi,

we stopped supporting the conversion to 3DS format in 2010. Despite what the description on the more recent releases says, the last FBX Converter that supports writing to 3DS is version 2011.3.1. Anything after this version only provides a limited read of 3DS files.

Also, be aware that the FBX Converter is not supported anymore and, most likely, will fail with all recent files.
