Linux 64-bit Python 3 Bindings missing object methods for Python 3.3+

I have a folder containing my fbx.so, fbxsip.so and my FbxCommon.py file.

Inside that folder I also have a virtualenv for each version of python 3.3+ (3.4, 3.5, 3.6)

When start a python session in my terminal for each of these versions and run:

import sys
sys.path.append("./")

then I locally import the fbx file:

from fbx import *

I succeeds and imports the module. Running:

dir(fbx)

Successfully shows all the global methods and objects are imported, however, it seems that all the methods that belong to an object do not exist.

For an example, when I try to create a manager:

manager = FbxManager.Create()

It throws up the error:

>>> manager = FbxManager.Create()
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
AttributeError: type object 'FbxManager' has no attribute 'Create'

running a dir(FbxManager) only seems to be returning python's built-in for an object class:

>>> dir(FbxManager)
['__class__', '__delattr__', '__dict__', '__dir__', '__doc__', '__eq__', '__format__', '__ge__', '__getattribute__', '__gt__', '__hash__', '__init__', '__le__', '__lt__', '__module__', '__ne__', '__new__', '__reduce__', '__reduce_ex__', '__repr__', '__setattr__', '__sizeof__', '__str__', '__subclasshook__', '__weakref__']

Doing this on any other module item also fails to return any indication that the objects methods exist. Does anyone have any idea why this is occurring? When testing the python 2.7, it gives me no problems with this method. Is this something specific with the C++ libraries that prevent any version past 3.3?

I would think its rather strange that I can import the file and see all the objects that are part of the file, but I cannot use its methods.
