Diffuse Texture multiplied with Diffuse color

I have been looking for any flag in the FBX SDK that would allow the Diffuse texture to be multiplied by the Diffuse color. Our 3d artist uses 3DS Max and pointed out he uses this setting when exporting. I am trying to use a single texture across different materials where the diffuse color is the only difference.
Is there a flag for this somewhere in the Texture, Material or Scene for the FBX asset?
