I was wondering if there is a way to get commercial support from Autodesk regarding FBX sdk. As a company we spent a lot of time trying to understand fbx sdk. Unfortunately documentations, and forum support is a little bit limited as we can see.
At this point we are left with the decision to either switch to other animation formats or get commercial support from FBX with reasonable payment.
