For Inventor Factory design utilities speed is very important because of the size of layouts. A way to speed up Inventor assets is showing and hiding solid bodies (visibility) rather than suppressing features. This has the same result as suppressing features but is much faster.
Another benefit of hiding is that you don’t have the errors that suppressing a feature has with dependent features.
However when using Navisworks the visibility of Inventor solid bodies is not taken into account.

Because of the large gains in efficiency for FDU could you please add this functionality to Navisworks?
