Measure from DWG Overlay

It would be nice if we could measure from the 2D Overlay to 3D Faces or generally measure in the 2D overlay in Inventor. So actually you need to use Inventor and AutoCAD at the same time side by side.

Would be perfect together with this idea:

FDS Idea Station AutoCAD in Inventor Drawing

Because the important dimensions refer to customer's items, like walls, columns or somthing like that !
