I installed Factory Design Suite on a slammed PC.  Below is feedback from my IT group.  This issue started immediately after my FDS install.  I found the APP in question on my hard drive at the following location:.

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Content Service\Connect.Service.ContentService.exe

My question is this.  Can I safely remove this APP?

Your application logs are filled with .Net Runtime errors from “Connect.Service.ContentService.exe”

Out of 1730 events, 1691 of them are related to errors with the above application.  The earliest vent I could find was Saturday at ~3:00pm.  It’s basically just these 3 errors over and over again 18 times a minute.

Hello Tim,
This service is used by the Content Explorer add-in in AutoCAD. Yes, you can safely uninstall this service ("Autodesk Content Service") from the Control Panel. You can also just disable this service from the Services applet (run "services.msc" to see the list of local services)
