Inventor Factory design clutter browser menus

I have registered that after Factory design was installed my menus are not persistent. Meaning that every time i open a file the menus change to a strange setup. If i put the browser on top and vault below, the vault menu collapses to the bottom of the screen and I have to drag it up again. Doesn't matter where i put the Layout menus, it seems to interfere with the other menus. If i unload Factory design everything is OK. Anyone solved this, or seen it before ?
