In the MAP.INI file we have a path for ITEMS folder, we could use a path for USER folder and have it to where it is not locked by admin rights, or another checkbox in MAPUSERS to allow the user to only add/edit to this folder.
We have the Items folder locked for all users...due to someone not following instructions/Rules. Everyone should know what kind of an impact it has if one person changes the default on an item if you have hundreds of users using that item.
This feature would allow a user to create equipment for his/hers project.
