How about a button similar to the number button for adding smart text that, would pull the infornation from an Items Spool cell under the item tab.  this would be heplfull in creating spool maps.  Curently I create them using blue beam.

Have you considered using CTEXT?

It will allow you to place that data in the drawing as annotation that is attached to the item just like the item numbers.

Yes that is what I ended up doing, do you know if there is a way to use that so that I do not have to click thru all the reports dialogue boxes? Thanks

Create a button Enter this in the command string ^C^C(ctext "Name_of_your_report") Insert the name of your report in the command string

Where can I change the default alignment, default position, textsize, and color for these ctxext labels?
