Currently there is no complete list of all the CID patterns that are provided through Fabrication CADmep. It's my understanding that there are over 3000 CID #'s available. As a user who needs to build content; how am I supposed to know what pattern is available to me? It's like going to the grocery store and not knowing what they have on the shelves to buy.
What I would like to see is a CID pattern preview... before you're committed to building the part. For instance: If you invoke the MAKEPAT command that's when every part comes up, you can sort by CID#, maybe by rectangle, round, oval, or accessories. It would be nice to scole through the patterns, You can enter the CID # and that pattern is shown, etc.
