I would like to see an new button for selecting all horizontal lines in the Design Line Editor. This will allow a user to apply Fall to the horizontal segments more quickly.

Currently when you annotate a designline the text comes in where is wants to. It would be nice if we could control the placement of the text so that we can move it off of background objects to make it legible on prints. This could allow us to use the designline line and its annotation of schematic design drawings without have to re-annotate a drawing if we have to un-fill and refill the 3D items.

Many people's mind work off of Feet & Inches when inputing in Elevations. Having to convert that to a decimal value so that the software can read the elevation is an EASY step but it is also an EXTRA one as well. If you toggle the "Enter Imperial Dims in (ft)" setting on within the database, it fixes this issue but it also changes the input of the dims within a fitting. Could we get the dims and the elevations to be two different toggle settings? Thank you for your consideration, Nick

In CADmep we have the command FILLOBJS. It would be very beneficial to have a command equivalent in ESTmep.

Would like Design-Line enhanced so that it could, while filling, work interactively. This would allow for the configuration of multiple options for fittings and/or overlapping conditions. Anywhere that Design-Line encounters a condition that would allow "multiple" choices, (radius vs square elbow, long vs short sweep, Copper <= 4" & Carbon Steel >= 2", etc.) Design Line would prompt the user for how to proceed. Additionally, options that would allow the user to set the scope of the choce.... One time only This Design Line This Service / This Drawing This Service / All Drawings All Services / This Drawing All Services / All Drawing ...etc... as well as allow the user to temporarily override or permanently clear those scope choices would be helpful as well. This would make Design Line's ability to drawing "100%" closer to reality.

We would like to address a problem we have with threadolets filling when using design line on pitched pipe. We also are having an issue with hangers not filling on any piece of pipe that has a threadolets on it. We spoke with our support people at Enceptia and they stated "The issue with the Thread-O-lets and design line that slops, is that we don’t have an angle tolerance on the thread-o-let. This is whats causing the issue." We would like to see this issue fixed ASAP. Contact Lyle Janda at Enceptia for more information.

When you have to use Line Elevation to change a section of Design Line to go up or down for a crossing line you don't get the option to select what angle to use other than 90 degs. Please allow the picking of additional angles to turn or be selectable when using the Line Elevation command within Design Line.

Need to have an option to be able to delete the selected Design Lines the Nodes attached to the selection Design Lines. This is currently a 2 step process. Example any buttons manually placed like Diffusers, Flex Connectors, End Caps, Short Radius Elbows or even a P-Trap manually placed have to be deleted separately after the design line has been deleted. Possibly a Delete Line & Node command/button.
