Request for improved functionality with annotation in ESTmep on the following:-
- In CADmep / Revit we use a construction code to identify the specification & thickness of internal / external insulation on ductwork / pipework. The code is associated with the insulation specification applied to the duct. It would be beneficial to have a similar option to apply ‘ctext’ on our trace estimation drawings so we can identify at a glance that the correct thickness / specification of insulation has been captured for costing. (See Attachement 1)
- Improved options to specify where annotation is located on items as can be done in CADmep. Currently the default locations for annotation in ESTmep are not ideal. (See attachment 2)
- Option to scale linetypes or more linetype selections so lines for insulation / lagging are displayed dashed when printing trace drawings. (See attachment 3) Dashed line has already been selected in the example attached but results are a continuous line when printing to scale.
