When running an item report for my duct, the quantity column will not give the total. But it gives several "1" instead. In the database/takeoff/cad settings/output/print/CAM has combine identical parts checked. I do not understand.

If we have multiple quantities of the same item, it may be that the report is required to total these up and display on one report row. This will provide a total of the item's quantity or price.
