Services disappeared from database configuration.

Hello, 

Recently had a detailer modeling in Fabrication CADmep. They had a project-specific database setup for them on their desktop. Things were working great. Another detailer was brought on to help. The database was then copied from the detailer #1's desktop over to detailer #2's computer. That's when things broke. When detailer #1 tried to work in the drawing again the services in the configuration were missing. It is completely blank. Any idea why that happened? Is there a way to restore the configuration back with the services?

Hi Steve, In your Configuration Editor > CADMEP Tab.... Do you have the "Use Drawing Database" set to "Prompt". If not, change this and open the drawing again. It should ask you if you want to open the drawing with its current database. Select "No". Detailer 1 database should be loaded back in again. It could be that detailer 2 hadnt had the configuration loaded when they did the work.

Type 'AppInfo" in CADmep on each detailer's system and compare where the database paths are located.
