Question on NC Writing view in Camduct 2016

Trying to assist a client with a viewing problem in Camduct 2016, when he goes to write an NC the part doesn't look correct for printing on plasma, as it does in Nest view.  See 2 screenshots below, is there a setting that has to be checked to make the NC write view look the same as the nest view?

Also his parts don't display correctly in item view, any suggestions there?
