Processrun command

I have a fresh install of Cad 2016 and Fab Cadmep and for some reason every time i type processrun it initiates the command and hangs autocad. Has anyone ever come across this?

This is going to sound strange but do you have a cell phone plugged into your computer? If so, unplug it. This is something I have seen on other forums.
