Obtain Dimension and Position of the Dynamic Branch Holes via Fabrication API

I have the issue when trying to get the dimension/position of Dynamic Branch Holes via Fabrication API. Is there anyway I can get the Position/Dimension of Dynamic Branch Holes #Item 4 using Fabrication API. Thank you
