Number text leaders not displaying.

As seen in the 1st image, I have the box checked to lock leaders when moving text. In the 2nd image you can see that I have moved text and the leader did not display. The 3rd image is from some pipe spooling I did a week ago and the leaders moved with the tag like they should. Why will it not work now? Am I doing something wrong, do I have something turned off?

You have to have a dimension style in the drawing that matches the name of the text style name setting for numbers in the database.  You also have to move the text using the move text button and not using grips.

That was the problem, I did not have TSI-Anno in the drawing. I figured it was something simple that I was missing. I appreciate the quick help!
