Sometimes NC PRG files cause out of axis error on plasma cutter. When it happens at first piece, I open nesting and move shapes an inch then re write NC. This way I can save sheets but when it happens in the middle of cutting I can't relocate shapes between other islands thus we get some material wasted.
I guess this is a bug caused by CAMduct or BeR algorithm of machine, I am not sure which but it is strange that it can be fixed by just re-arranging nested sheets manually.
