I might be mistaken, but all the items in your folder "item folder" are custom and made from CID patterns. There were a few OOTB patterns and parts available, but in the end, we ended up making our own custom parts and pieces. If you hit control + shift + "C", it will give you a command prompt within camduct to make all the patterns available. Attached is a pattern list for your use. Alternatively, you can do the same in CADMep2019 fabrication by typing "makepat", entering the CID number you want and creating your part. Hope this helps
