Mapfilter Command Takes Forever

Hardware Specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, 12@ 3.7GHz

RAM: 64 GB DDR4-3200

GPU: Nvidia Quadro RTX 4000 8GB

OS: Win11 Pro 22H2

Storage OS: Nvme Samsung 980 Pro 2TB (C Drive)

Storage Data: 3x 2TB individual drives, 1 SSD, 2 HDD, no RAID (all individual drive letters)

On my computer, using the Mapfilter command in AutoCAD, on any drawing, whether 10 duct pieces or 10,000, the wait time to process the command is measured in MINUTES. I have troubleshot this with coworkers and the exact same files will take them seconds to perform the same command on comparable, yet different computers. Intel vs AMD didn't change the results, nor did GeForce vs Quadro (but everyone in my office has Nvidia GPUs). I recently upgraded from Win10 to Win11 in hopes that it would somehow flush whatever the ghost was affecting my performance issue, but no luck. Does anyone have any idea what could possibly be affecting this?

Truly the only difference between my setup and my coworkers' is I have multiple hard drives. I make sure that my current work is always on my C drive and all other data drives are for storage/ archiving. To my knowledge every AutoCAD configuration is in my C drive, and all of the program installs for AutoCAD and Fabrication are on my C including my Fabrication database.

Before someone says, "just wipe your Windows install and start over," that is literally my last ditch effort that I'm trying to avoid. So if this post is fruitless, I will in fact do that, but I am willing to try anything else to not have to.
