invalid material thickness in add to job window

I'm using a trial version of Camduct 2022 and migrated all data from a 2014 install. But when i add a part to a job the pop up window that lets you enter Qty and material options for thickness of any material is blank. Or says invalid till you mouse over then goes blank. Is this a trial limitation or did something go wrong with the migration? In the materials section in the Database all the materials are their. Just can assign to parts when adding to a sheet.

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

I made some progress on this. Seems on the 2013 /14 version i imported the database from their is a difference in how the material in made. If i add the thickness to the "Other" tab they do show up. By default they are under "Duct". But i don't see the "Type" option when creating a new material. I don't see any of this in the 3013 version. However, when selecting the material i add the the Other tab i cant get it to nest.

Day 3, Resellers cant help. Missing the TYPE option in the new material setup. can any one with camduct please verify that that is supposed to be their? It is in the documentation and on the 2014 version but not on the 2022. Is their a way to download 2021? Any help is appreciated.
