Imported Services

Hi,

When opening some drawings I notice their particular services get imported into my list, i.e. General Supply 1 (03028-01-001). Is there a way I can remove these? It's not stopping me working as such but the list I have imported is getting larger than the standard list.

This happens when something in the drawing has a Service assigned to it that is not found in your list of Services. It is a temporary Service what will not stay permanently in your database after closing if your permissions are set up correctly. If you are logged in with full permissions they will stay, you will need to manually delete them, or your the command PURGEDB to remove temporary Services. It is always recommended to make a backup of your database before using PURGEDB in the event something gets removed that you did not intend. I have never had this happen but it is a good practice to follow.
