import MAJ file into ESTmep

Does anyone know if there is a way to import an MAJ file into an existing MAJ file?  I know of the "batch process jobs" function but that removes any tabs a user may have at the bottom.
We are trying to bring in structural for some jobs after the takeoff has been started. So therefore, the MAJ file has tabs in it with the underlays established.  Running the batch process eliminates those correct?
Is there a different way of doing this that i'm missing?

Can I ask how you are able to do this with batch processing. I've never used batch processing, but it might be what I need. I'm trying to import the final design that I've exported from CADmep, back into the original estimating ESJ file so I can compare the costs of the two. Any tips on doing this?
