Import CAMDuct ITM-files?

We would need to import Autodesk CAMDuct written ITM-files to other CAM-software. Is the IMT-file specification available or does CAMDuct scripting interface offer possibility to export ITM-file contents to DXF-file(s) ? Or is there some other way to convert ITM-files to other file-formats automatically?

What CAM system are you trying to go to?

The ITM format is not documented.

About the best I think you're going to be able to do is to export the developments as DXF and bring them in that way.

We do our own CAM product. This exporting to DXF-files was instructed to us also by now. I think that's the way we go now. There is no API command(s) to do export to DXF-files automatically?

You might want to look at using the "CAMduct Components" utility that ships w/CAMduct.

It allows you to open an MAJ, and bulk export DXF's pretty easy.

I'd have to test to be certain but I don't believe CAMduct Components pulls a license. That is, you could install that utility on any number of systems without licensing restrictions.
