I wonder if anyone is using HyperTherm EdgePro controller on their plazma table?

The software we are using has just added support for this controller with the latest release - downside is they have zero help docs to support it.

Can anyone give any insight at all to toggle button... Output Dnc to File?

Hi Mike

You need to use the D6gen post processor in CAMduct to generate the NC code for the Hypertherm controller.

I have e-mailed you a manual that should help you set this up.

We have 4 Hypertherms. 3 Edge Ti's and 1 EdgeProTi.

Let me know what info you're looking for.   All those controllers can be placed directly on the network via Ethernet eliminating the need for a seperate communications program.

We have a new Hypertherm 5 x 10 plasma table and an Edge Pro ti controller. This only accepts .CNC files into the controller for cutting. The only output I can get from Fusion 360 is a .nc file. How do I fix this.

You can add/change the extensions the HyperTherm controls look for.

Go to "Setups" -> "Password" and enter "6931".

Here you can configure the extensions the control looks for.

As an alternative, you may want to configure the software to produce the CNC extension. Either works.
