How to generate shop drawing from isometric

Am new to fabrication Cadmep, a client wants to generate shop drawing by importing existing isometric drawing.

Pls how do I go about it and is it possible.

Are the isometric drawings 2D or a iso view of the 3D model?

Without knowing all the details, I would say that you need to redraw/model from scratch.
