hangers on duct insulation, not ducts

When Duct has insulation & I place the hangers, how do I make the hangers go to the duct instead of outside the insulation?

The way I do it, is when placing hangers, I freeze the insulation layer in layer properties.  This way, you're not turning the wrap off, just freezing and you can thaw it after the hangers have been placed.  Hope that helps!

You can make an insulation type that will not adjust Support Size.  The Adjust Support Size option toggles that behavior.

thanks! I was having a problem finding the Adjust Support Size check box. I forgot to chick on the Properties button to bring up the dialog box for the insulation material.
