Fabrication Parts designed to use in Field Layout Now reporting multiple points

Has anyone else encountered placing fabrication parts designed to be used in field layout, ie Trimble layout units. Now reporting multiple points overlaid on top each other. The points all have the same northing and easting coordinates. This happens on versions 2020, 2021, and 2022.

What CID pattern are you using to generate the points? Certain patterns allow for multiple points within the same itm.
