Fabrication freezes on save unless hardware acceleration is off

Hi Everyone - I am at my wits end here.  Ive tried googling this, had tech support try to help etc.

last week I had a system crash that happened as I was saving.  After that, every time I save my system will hang up, unless hardware acceleration was turned off. This is only happening in the drawings I had open at the time.  Tried recovering them, purging, auditing, overkill etc. nothing helps except turning off the geometry.

Iv updated video card drivers and other drivers which caused my system to go haywire, BSOD etc.  got that figured out by rolling back drivers.  I also removed video cards and put in a Radeon Pro wx7100.  No dice.

Ive tried copying my items out to a new drawing, wblocking out and importing, pretty much everything short of uninstalling and re-installing my AEC collection.

It doesnt matter if xrefs are in or out - Ive also had it hang on a copy to base point command and some others.  Never when hardware accelerations is turned off.

Fabrication CADMEP on windows 7 pro, 64 gigs of ram, radeon pro wx7100 OR dual quadro K4200's ( ive tested both) This machine has ran this with no problem for years.

Ive tested ram, cards, system files etc. as far as I know I have the latest versions of CAD - autodesk app doesnt have any updated for me. Ive also tried restoring from backup files.

I did not delete and redo my profile.

Any other ideas here besides deletion and reinstallation of CAD products ?

Thanks!

Additional things ive attempted -  Repair of the cad / fabrication programs, deleting and re-setting my profile.

Ive also started a new drawing, xrefed in my old drawing, and traced it with new parts. about halfway through I locked up again on the save.

Ive unistalled and re-installed the software as well as tried installing 2019 products.

Try to install latest service pack of 2019 and check again.

Hello -  I have uninstalled the 2019 version.  I installed it to see if it was the same across versions and it was.  Since I no longer have it, I dont have the service pack for it either.  Are you suggesting re-installing and reinstalling the service pack?  I ask because ive tried it.

Thanks!
