Hello, when installing version 2022 I can't save the file for cutting, in version 2021 I could, I already have the executable as an administrator, what could it be?

There are many things that can stop your customNC from working. I have a similar issue with a customNC that I will need to resolve. I suspect it is a permission issue. If it is something simple, I will post the solution here.

Hi,

 

I have the EXE running as an administrator and I have already changed the location of the folder where I save the TXT files to other locations to test, but always make the same "error".

I have reported this to Autodesk (CaseNo:17777832) and they have acknowledged they can repeat the problem.

Currently no usable workaround other than to carry on with 2021.

The post you show looks like the one I did for HK Laser - it requires the script to run to convert the output. Originally it was set up to do this using a Process as I couldn't get the customNC to do all the things required for the machine.

We are waiting for an update.

 

Yes, we used this method to generate the NC's for the HK machine, without this generation of files we were unable to use the script.

Do you happen to have no script update?

I don't have a 'no script' update. There is a lot going in the script that goes along with the customNC. The script performs functions that are not available in customNC.

Stick to 2020 that it was written for.

You can contact me outside of the forum if you want changes.

I'm getting the same error and was able to get it to write the NC by creating a process to nest and write NC.

Maybe this will help you get around the issue until it can be worked out. 

 

Edit: It seems that it only worked once.

Same problem for me too. Using a custom post processor . Tried on a fresh new database too , and write nc not working with custom post processor either  .
