Fabrication 2018 tag turn on automatically

When I open my model from the day before all the sudden my tags are all on and the auto number feature isn't on in my database. What drives this feature? Like I said the day before they weren't there. It also creates a bunch of tag layers that I don't need in my models. See attached. Thanks

I have never experienced that behavior with the software. Do you have any customizations in autos that are turning on layers or something like that?

Turning on tags is not a feature in the software that I'm aware of.

It's actually the numbers that are coming on but we have them as tags.
