Converting revit MEP parts to fabrication parts is this possible in 2016 or only 2017 revit? 

Also simplest way for sloping fabrication parts ?

There have been various workflows for many years on how to export a Revit model into a Fabrication DesignLine. You can check out this link to see a reference specific to 2016.

However, if you are talking about the 1-1 swap that can be done using the MAJ file type, then you would use the OpenJob/CreateCAM commands. This is dependent on both the Revit model and Fabrication utilizing a CID driven databases for the objects though. If you want to take something built from families and bring those into Fabrication, then the first example is your best bet; as far as I am aware anyway.....
