Fabrication 2015 SP2 is not saving Job Info

I fill out job info and then save and close the drawing.  When I re-open the drawing and check the job info it is all blank.

Are you using the "Custom" JOBINFO form?

No just the standard one from the jobinfo command.

We've had this issue in 2014 when setting up new jobs. We just insert a piece of content temporarily until the actual content gets modeled in order to keep the information filled out.

Job info is being lost even with fabrication objects in the drawing.

It will save it as long as the drawing session stays open but when you close cad and re-open drawing it is gone.
