i have upgraded several of our stations from 2015 to 2016 and two of them are having a strange problem with duct shoes, the rake of the shoe doesn't displaystarting from the bottom of the extension, the dimension of the rake is correct but the graphic for rake is too small on the other end of the shoe its displaying a gap between the turn out and the body of the shoe.
we have several different databases, if i open any of them with fabrication 2016 i get the same problem result yet if i open the same databases with 2015 i get the correct results as below, so leads me to think there isnt a database setting thats causing the problem.
The stangest thing is i had one PC with 2015 on it that had this problem yet 2016 solved it. but on the other PC's that were fine at 2015 now have the problem at 2016. All installes that have resulted in different results have been installed off the same media disc that behaves as it should in at least one instance??????
help this is beyond my comprehension!!
