Default pipe length is 0 in Global Profile

We create/use different profiles for each of our jobs.  When we create a new profile, we copy the database and services, but we share the ITM files.  This has been working great so far.  We typically try to copy from the Global (default) profile, so that way we aren't copying the changes we make in each of the jobs.  We then use fabrication in Revit.

Here's the issue.  When we created the last profile, we copied over several services.  On one of them (Chilled water return), uses Victaulic Sch40 pipe.  On every other profile, if I drop in a 4" pipe, it defaults to 21'.  I can drop in the pipe and it will have the correct insulation on it.

But the last profile we created, when I drop in a pipe, it says that the default is 0 and drops in a 0 length pipe without insulation.  I then went back to the Global profile and it is doing the same.   But if I go to one of the previously created job profiles, it drops in correctly.

I thought that maybe it's the ITM file, but they all point to the same pipe ITM file.  So the reason for the 0 length has to be in the profile database.   Does anyone have an idea of what might be happening?
