I have Fabrication CADmep 2018, why does it take so long to save a file, ISave at 30 is 6:10 ,mins, ISave at 100 is 6:14 mins, the file size is 9.6 kb

on a network, path was checked and my computer is ACPIx64, video adpater is NVIDIA Quadro K4200, Windows 7 Ultimate.

The other user has the same machine as me and doesn't have the saving problem

Few things to check....

If you save locally (not on the network) is it any faster?

If someone else logs into your computer and opens/saves the same file, is it equally slow? If not, your windows profile may be corrupt. Your IT guys can recreate it for you and that may help.

Also, where is your MAP.INI located?  If it's local, it could be that the Save w/Graphics option is turned on in your config. That will store the graphics in the DWG for CADmep objects which makes the drawing 3x in size. It's only really needed if you need to provide file to non-Autodesk applications that don't have an object enabler. When that setting is turned off, the graphics are generated upon open and not stored in the DWG so the files are smaller.
