Hello,

Does anyone have a list of recommended cutting speeds, kerf widths etc. for mild steel 3mm to 150mm+ thickness?

Your help will be very much appreciated.

Andy-

These would be machine specific.  I could give you our numbers but probably wouldn't be the best for your machine.  What type of machine is it?  Plasma, waterjet.

Nate

The machines we use are Messer and Esab plasma.

If you could give me a guide, that would help out a lot.

Thanks

Are you looking for a guide on how to setup the machine in CAMduct?  Or general speed per gauge?
