CSV Exports Issue

All,

Im having issues with the CSVEXPORT command. When we run it the (create new export format) is greyed out and only use existing format is available. We need to extract the Item Number and Custom Data for Shop/Field tracking. I did some digging and found nothing on why this is happening. Please help ASAP.

If I had to guess I would assume this was insufficient user privileges. Are you logged in as Full, Admin or CAD?



Try logging in as full (if you have your companies password) and see if that changes the dialog. If it does then you need to talk to your administrator about getting a higher level of privileges for your standard CAD login.

You will need the "Edit Data Exports" user permissions.

This is in the "Configure Users.exe".
